1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Ora Kew Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Ora Kew Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue. Ora Kew Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Ora Kew and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
